Message from Our President & CEO
Delivering Quality Service through Long-Term Partnerships
As human beings we are not perfect. Because of this, it is impossible for any person or organization to offer perfect service to clients. We can, however, achieve high levels of success through carefully selecting employees and vendors and by entering into these relationships as long-term partnerships. As CEO of July Business Services, I am committed to leading our organization so that we offer quality service and meet our client's needs and expectations. I believe through adhering to the basic principles of honesty, loyalty, integrity and the building up of others, that we will build long-term partnerships with our clients.
Partnerships with Employees
The success of an organization depends on the success of its people.  Because of this, we have implemented extensive hiring procedures to ensure that our organization has the best employees to serve our clients. We provide our employees with focused training programs and supervision from experienced managers to help them reach their potential.  We believe this is the foundation for success, and we enter into employee relationships with a long-term partnership in mind.
Partnerships with Clients and Advisors
July is in business to serve our clients and their advisors and to meet their needs and expectations.  This is most successful when our relationship is viewed as long-term by both parties.  With proper communication and respect, we can learn about client-specific goals and objectives, focusing our services to meet these goals.
Partnerships with Vendors
We view our relationships with vendors and business partners similar to the relationships we have with our employees.  We carefully select vendors and service partners to allow us to better meet client needs and expectations, and we communicate with them regularly to ensure that we are meeting this objective.
By building long-term relationships with employees, partners, vendors, and clients, we achieve high levels of success at meeting our client's needs.
