Getting Started

To get started with a New Comparability Plan for your company, we need to first prepare a Plan Illustration using your employee salary and census data. If the Plan Illustration meets your approval, we will build your New Comparability Plan accordinaly.

| STEP 1: Click Here to Request Proposal. The first step is to provide us with important information about your company and your goals. Complete this form thoroughly as all information is important.

STEP 2: Discuss Goals with July Consultant. After completing the proposal request form, you will be contacted by a July Plan Design Consultant to discuss your goals. This is an important step as it helps us design a plan that is perfect for your company.

| STEP 3: Gather Employee Census Data. After discussing your goals with us, you will need to gather and send us employee census data. The accuracy of this data is very important as it directly affects contributions to emipoyees. Your July Consultant will discuss this information in more detail.
