COBRA Premium Subsidy

On February 17, 2009, President Obama signed the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).  In addition to economic stimulus in the form of cash payments to large corporations, the ARRA changed the provisions relating to the continuation rules under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Act of 1985 (known in our world as COBRA).
